These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 8ee8 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the 8ee8 website, mobile site, games, betting markets, and all associated services. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any feature of the 8ee8 platform.

By accessing 8ee8, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. • You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is not subject to exception under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on 8ee8.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a voluntarily or compulsorily closed account at 8ee8 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must hold only one account on the 8ee8 platform. If you discover you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact 8ee8 support immediately to have it closed.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may register one account only. The information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date throughout your use of 8ee8. 8ee8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account relationship.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8ee8 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available exclusively via the following payment methods registered and operated by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 8ee8 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the 8ee8 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 8ee8, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a KYC review and potential account suspension.
• 8ee8 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests made from your 8ee8 wallet:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 8ee8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests where active wagering requirements are attached to the balance will be placed on hold until the applicable rollover has been completed, unless the player elects to forfeit the associated bonus.
• 8ee8 processes withdrawal requests within one business day under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where 8ee8 is conducting a routine security review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. 5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ee8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their balance reviewed, and may be permanently banned from the platform. 8ee8 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Using the 8ee8 platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or criminal enterprise of any kind.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software of any kind to interact with the 8ee8 platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns to abuse promotional offers.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the 8ee8 platform to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by 8ee8. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered from the player's balance.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your 8ee8 account to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

8ee8 employs a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 8ee8 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation, close the account, and where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities. 8ee8's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8ee8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We believe gambling should remain an entertainment activity and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress. 7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8ee8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial losses — even where 8ee8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8ee8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8ee8 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all features of the platform. 8ee8 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to restore service as quickly as practicable.

9. Amendments to These Terms

8ee8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8ee8 will endeavour to notify active players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the player's account. Notification is provided as a courtesy; it is the player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each use of the 8ee8 platform.

Continued use of the 8ee8 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your 8ee8 account and cease using the platform. 8ee8 encourages all players to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to remain informed of the current agreement.
